Murray Street Sticks & 1L Tubs – Egg Removal (Allergen Update)

As of March 2024, we will begin producing Murray Street Ice Cream Sticks & 1L tubs without egg.

This positive change allows more consumers to enjoy Murray Street products and has been driven by supply challenges of free-range egg yolk.

Customers can be assured Bulla’s formulation, made with fresh milk and cream, and product quality remains unchanged.

Please note the below products may contain egg due to ingredients such as colours. These have been listed below:
– Bulla Murray St Passionfruit Panna Cotta Sticks 4pk
– Bulla Murray St Lemon Meringue Tart Sticks 4pk

Customers can refer to the below table for summary of changes in allergen statements across the product range, which also includes gluten being added to the ‘may be present’ statement on some products.

(Above: Bulla Product Summary Table for 1L Tubs and 4pk Sticks outlining changes)

We highly recommend consumers double check packaging labels for the most accurate information.
