Ingredients

  • 4 thick cut slices multigrain bread
  • 40g rocket leaves, washed
  • 200g Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original
  • 1/2 ripe pear, cored and finely sliced
  • 1 Tbsp walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • honey, for drizzling
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Cooking Directions

  • Toast bread until golden on both sides.
  • Top each slice of toast with rocket leaves and dollops of Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original.
  • Finish with pear slices, walnuts and a drizzle of honey. Season with pepper and enjoy
