Chocolate Fondue with Strawberries
Ingredients
- 150g dark cooking chocolate
- 200mL Bulla Thickened Cream
- 1 Tbsp golden syrup
to serve
- strawberries, marshmallows
Tips
- Add your own favourite ‘dippers’, including shortbread fingers, figs, berries threaded onto toothpicks, biscotti or pretzels. Or add a pinch of chilli or cinnamon, a dash of vanilla, peppermint essence or your favourite liqueur.
Cooking Directions
- Place Bulla Thickened Cream in a small saucepan and just bring to the boil. Pour over chocolate pieces and mix until chocolate has melted and mix is smooth. Stir in golden syrup and allow to cool.
- Fondue can be served warm or chilled. Accompany with strawberries and marshmallows.
