Citrus Pavlova
Ingredients
- 1 store bought Pavlova Base
- 600mL Bulla Thickened Cream
- 2 green kiwi fruits, sliced into wedges
- 2 golden kiwi fruits, sliced into wedges
- 2 mandarins, peeled
- 3-5 passionfruits
Cooking Directions
- Remove store bought Pavlova base from box.
- Peel and prepare the citrus fruits and put aside.
- Using a clean mixing bowl, whip the Bulla Thickened Cream for 90 seconds.
- Then spread cream over the pavlova base & place the citrus fruits to finish.
