Ingredients

  • 4 double chocolate muffins
  • 500mL Bulla Creamy Classics Ice Cream Mint Choc Chip

Cool Mint Muffins

method

  1. Using a spoon, take a deep scoop out of the top of each muffin. Crumble the scooped out muffin pieces and set aside to use for garnish.
  2. To serve, place the muffins on a serving platter. Place a scoop of Bulla Creamy Classics Ice Cream Mint Choc Chip on top of each muffin. Finish with a sprinkle of the crumbled muffin and serve immediately.
