Ingredients

  • 100mL Bulla Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbsp mint or oregano, finely chopped
  • 1 small Lebanese cucumber, seeded, diced
  • 12 pitted black olives, halved
  • 1/4 small red onion, diced
  • 1 small green capsicum, diced
  • 12 grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 50g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves, chopped
  • salt & pepper, to season
to serve
  • potato wedges
  • Bulla Sour Cream
  • fresh oregano or mint

Cooking Directions

  • Place Bulla Sour Cream in a bowl and gently fold in mint or oregano. Season.
  • Divide sour cream mixture evenly on top of four serving bowls filled with wedges, and top or layer with remaining ingredients in order of your choosing.
  • Finish with a small dollop of Bulla Sour Cream and some fresh oregano or mint.
