Roasted Chicken & Creamy Potato Salad with Spiced Mix Nuts
Ingredients
- 300g cooked chicken, diced
- 400g boiled potatoes, crushed
- 200mL Bulla Crème Fraîche or as needed
- 100mL Bulla Sour Cream
- 5 Tbsp chopped chives
- 5 Tbsp chopped mixed nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds)
- 1 Tbsp chopped dried raisins
- 1 Tbsp chopped dried cranberries
- freshly ground salt and pepper
Cooking Directions
- In a mixing bowl, lightly whisk the Bulla Crème Fraîche with Bulla Sour Cream until well combined.
- Add the other ingredients and toss lightly.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
