Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 300g salmon, cut into chunks
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 2 potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 800mL chicken stock
  • 300mL Bulla Cooking Cream
  • 1 broccoli, cut into chunks
  • 150g white or brown mushrooms, halved
  • Salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • Mixed herbs, to taste

Cooking Directions

  • Heat a heavy bottomed pot and add in oil & butter.
  • Pan fry salmon chunks for about 1 minute till 80% cook. Dish out and set aside.
  • Add garlic and onion into the pot. Fry till fragrant.
  • Add carrots, potatoes, and chicken stock. Boil for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Stir in Bulla Cooking Cream and bring to a boil. Then, add in broccoli, mushrooms, and salmon chunks.
  • Allow to boil for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sprinkle with some mixed herbs and serve with bread, pasta, or rice!
