Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken & Corn Chowder
Ingredients
- 500g chicken thigh fillets, cut into 1cm cubes
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 celery stick, thinly sliced
- 250g potatoes, peeled and cut into 1cm dice
- 420g can corn kernels, drained
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
- 300mL Bulla Cooking Cream
to serve
- crispy bacon & chopped chives
Cooking Directions
- Place the chicken, onion, carrots, celery, potato and corn into the bowl of a slow cooker. Toss well. Pour in the stock and Bulla Cooking Cream. Cover and cook on high for 2 ½-3 hours.
- Serve chowder topped with crispy bacon and chopped chives.
