Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken & Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken thigh fillets, cut into 1cm cubes
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 celery stick, thinly sliced
  • 250g potatoes, peeled and cut into 1cm dice
  • 420g can corn kernels, drained
  • 2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
  • 300mL Bulla Cooking Cream
to serve
  • crispy bacon & chopped chives

Cooking Directions

  • Place the chicken, onion, carrots, celery, potato and corn into the bowl of a slow cooker. Toss well. Pour in the stock and Bulla Cooking Cream. Cover and cook on high for 2 ½-3 hours.
  • Serve chowder topped with crispy bacon and chopped chives.
