Spaghetti with crab, garlic & chilli
Ingredients
- 400g spaghetti
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 300mL Bulla Cooking Cream
- 1/2 cup flat parsley, roughly chopped
- 1 Tbsp chives, finely chopped
- 350g fresh crab meat
- 1 bird’s eye chilli, finely chopped
Cooking Directions
- Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan, add shallots and garlic cooking for several minutes until tender. Add wine then stock and allow to reduce slightly. Pour in Bulla Cooking Cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Stir in herbs and season to taste.
- Add cooked pasta, crab meat and chilli to frying pan and toss to coat. Serve with additional herbs.
