Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 2 Tbsp tahini paste
  • 1 Tbsp boiling water
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • pinch ground cumin
  • 200mL Bulla Lactose Free Light Sour Cream
  • salt & pepper, to season
to serve
  • falafels, kofta, crackers or crudités
Tips
  • This dip makes a great sauce to drizzle over grilled fish, chicken, steak or vegetables.
  • Give the dip a green goddess touch, by blending with fresh parsley or mint.
  • If time allows, make this dip in advance and refrigerate to allow flavours to develop.

Cooking Directions

  • Finely chop garlic clove. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, then flatten, mash and scrape the chopped clove to form a paste.
  • Place tahini paste, water and garlic paste in a bowl and whisk to form a smooth paste. Whisk in lemon juice and cumin.
  • Place Bulla Lactose Free Light Sour Cream in a bowl and gently fold in tahini mixture. Season.
  • Serve with falafels, kofta, crackers or crudités.
