Tomato basil and cottage cheese salad

Ingredients

  • 800g mixed cherry tomatoes
  • balsamic glaze, to drizzle
  • 200g Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • freshly ground black pepper & salt flakes
  • extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling

Cooking Directions

  • Slice the mixed cherry tomatoes in half and place on a plate.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over the sliced cherry tomatoes.
  • Scoop generous amounts of Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original over the cherry tomatoes and sprinkle over the fresh basil leaves.
  • Add freshly ground black pepper & salt flakes and finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
