Tomato basil and cottage cheese salad
- 800g mixed cherry tomatoes
- balsamic glaze, to drizzle
- 200g Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- freshly ground black pepper & salt flakes
- extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
- Slice the mixed cherry tomatoes in half and place on a plate.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the sliced cherry tomatoes.
- Scoop generous amounts of Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original over the cherry tomatoes and sprinkle over the fresh basil leaves.
- Add freshly ground black pepper & salt flakes and finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
