Avocado, Lime and Coriander Dip
Ingredients
- 200mL Bulla Light Sour Cream
- 1 avocado, roughly chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp rind of lime, finely grated
- sea salt & ground black pepper, to taste
Tip
- If making ahead of time, select a variety of avocado known as Shepherd, as they will not discolour on standing.
Cooking Directions
- Place avocado, coriander, lime rind and Bulla Light Sour Cream in a bowl. Season to taste. Stir gently to combine.
- Serve immediately with crackers or fresh vegetable crudités.
