Black Tapenade Swirl Dip
Ingredients
- 200mL Bulla Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp black tapenade
- 1/2 red capsicum, roasted & cut into strips
- sea salt & ground black pepper, to taste
to serve
- fresh basil leaves
- grissini or ciabatta bread
Cooking Directions
- Spread sour cream over the base of a small serving plate or shallow bowl. Stir in tapenade until just swirled through Bulla Sour Cream.
- Top with roasted red capsicum and basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with grissini or ciabatta bread.
