Cheesy Garlic Dip
Ingredients
- 300mL Bulla Thickened Cream
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- 30g feta
- 1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
Cooking Directions
- Beat Bulla Thickened Cream until firm peaks form. Stir in parmesan, feta, parsley and garlic until well combined.
- Spoon into serving bowl, sprinkle with additional parsley, parmesan and drizzle with olive oil. Accompany with bread, crackers and olives.
