French Onion Dip
A delicious weekday meal that takes less than 30-minutes to put together. The creamy sauce is packed with flavour versatile for a range of hidden vege.
Ingredients
- 1 x 40g packet French onion soup mix
- 400mL Bulla Light Sour Cream
- packet of finely sliced chives, leaving some to garnish
DRESSING
- corn chips
- 3 spring onions, finely cut
Cooking Directions
- Place the Bulla Light Sour Cream in a large bowl and evenly sprinkle over the French onion soup mix and half of the chives. Combine thoroughly and leave to sit for 30 minutes.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, scatter with the spring onions and chives and serve with corn chips.
