Ingredients

  • 8 x 55 g granola bars
  • 700L Bulla Creamy Classics Ice Cream Vanilla & Boysenberry

Granola Crumble Crunch

method

  1. Crumble the granola bars, leaving 2 whole.
  2. To assemble, place a layer of the crumbed granola in the base of 6 serving glasses. Top with 2 scoops of Bulla Creamy Classics Ice Cream Vanilla & Boysenberry. Add another sprinkle of granola.
  3. To serve, break the 2 whole bars in half and place 1 half on the top of each glass. Serve immediately.
