High Protein Cacao Mousse
Ingredients
- 200g Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original
- 1 1/2 tsp unsweetened cacao powder
- 1 1/2 tsp raw coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice
- 1 small banana, sliced
to serve
- toasted coconut & cacao nibs
Cooking Directions
- Add Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original, unsweetened cacao powder, lemon juice & coconut sugar to your food processor.
- Pulse until mixture is smooth & light.
- Once smooth and light add the mousse into a small bowl & top with banana, toasted coconut & cacao nibs.
