Process honeycomb sand ingredients individually in a food processor until resembles coarse sand, combine and store in an air tight container until ready to serve.
Combine the Bulla Real Dairy Vanilla, honeycomb and chopped hazelnuts well. Cover and freeze until firm.
Serve large scoops of the Bulla Real Dairy Vanilla on a bed of honeycomb sand, add a sprinkle of extra honeycomb sand.
