Honeycomb & hazelnut ice cream in honeycomb sand
- 2L Bulla Real Dairy Vanilla, softened
- 150g honeycomb, chopped
- 100g roasted hazelnuts, (extra) chopped
- to make the honeycomb sand
- 100g plain chocolate biscuits
- 100g sponge finger biscuits
- 50g roasted hazelnuts
- 40g honeycomb
- Process honeycomb sand ingredients individually in a food processor until resembles coarse sand, combine and store in an air tight container until ready to serve.
- Combine the Bulla Real Dairy Vanilla, honeycomb and chopped hazelnuts well. Cover and freeze until firm.
- Serve large scoops of the Bulla Real Dairy Vanilla on a bed of honeycomb sand, add a sprinkle of extra honeycomb sand.
