Ingredients

  • 150g chocolate baking chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, measured while solid
  • Mint leaves (optional)

Cooking Directions

  • Combine the chocolate baking chips and coconut oil together in a medium microwave safe bowl.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  • To serve, drizzle over Bulla Ice Cream and garnish with a sprig of mint.
