Magic Shell Topping
- 150g chocolate baking chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, measured while solid
- Mint leaves (optional)
- Combine the chocolate baking chips and coconut oil together in a medium microwave safe bowl.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- To serve, drizzle over Bulla Ice Cream and garnish with a sprig of mint.
